Last updated: March 29, 2026

By using OR Scheduler (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are a surgeon or administrator, you must comply with your hospital’s internal policies as well.

1. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. OR Scheduler is not liable for losses caused by stolen credentials.

2. Permitted Use

The Service is intended exclusively for operating room scheduling and case management. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to interfere with other users’ access.

3. Medical Disclaimer

OR Scheduler is a logistical tool – it does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or clinical decisions. All surgical schedules must be confirmed by appropriate medical staff. We are not responsible for treatment outcomes or scheduling errors resulting from human misuse.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OR Scheduler and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the login page.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise patient data integrity.
