You must have appropriate authorization to collect, enter, and use employee information for the purposes for which you use PayrollPro.

4. Payroll Information

PayrollPro provides tools for recording and calculating payroll-related information.

Payroll calculations depend on information entered by users, including tasks, quantities, labor costs, payroll periods, advances, and payment records.

Users are responsible for reviewing payroll calculations and confirming that the underlying information is correct before making payments.

PayrollPro is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or employment advice.

5. Payment Records

PayrollPro may record payroll payments and payment history.

Unless a separate payment integration explicitly provides verification, PayrollPro does not independently verify that a payment was actually transferred to an employee.

Users are responsible for confirming actual payments and maintaining appropriate financial records.

Users are responsible for ensuring that task descriptions, quantities, employee assignments, and completion information entered into PayrollPro are accurate.

PayrollPro is a workflow and record-management tool and does not independently verify whether a task was actually performed.

Where SMS or other notifications are enabled, PayrollPro may send task-related information to phone numbers entered by authorized users.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the phone numbers they provide are accurate and that they have appropriate authorization to send relevant notifications.
